ID Logistics: raises additional capital

(CercleFinance.com) - ID Logistics has announced that it has placed 375,000 new shares (or 6.
1% of its capital) with institutional investors, as part of a capital increase with cancellation of the pre-emptive subscription right by means of accelerated order book construction. NB cp -5%.

The contract logistics group points out that, due to strong investor demand, the size of this capital increase at a price of E360 per share, initially E125m, has been increased to E135m.

Settlement and delivery of this capital increase is scheduled for 9 September. Most of the net proceeds will be used to refinance recent acquisitions, in order to increase the group's investment capacity.
