Eurazeo: investment in Moria

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo has announced an investment, via its managed fund Nov Santé Actions Non Cotées, in the capital of Moria, as part of a new LBO carried out by its historical sponsor Nexicap Partners around its CEO Bruno Chermette and his team.


The investment group thus becomes a new minority shareholder in this company, which designs, manufactures and markets equipment, micro-instruments and consumables for hospital ophthalmic surgeons.

Founded in 1820 and based in Bourbon-l'Archambault (Allier) with a second production plant in Padova, Italy, Moria has sales subsidiaries in the USA, Japan, China and Italy, and a worldwide network of 180 distributors.
