HPE: raises FY EPS target range

(CercleFinance.com) - On its quarterly earnings call on Wednesday evening, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) increased its annual targets, aiming for adjusted EPS (non-GAAP) of between $1.
92 and $1.97, compared with $1.85-$1.95 three months ago.

Also FY 2023-24, the enterprise IT equipment and services group expects adjusted operating profit to be stable or up 2%, as well as revenue growth of 1%-3% at constant exchange rates.

For its third accounting quarter, HPE posted adjusted EPS up 2% to $0.50, exceeding its target range of $0.43-0.48, on revenues up 10% to $7.7 billion, driven by its server division (+35%).

We are well positioned to gain share in the growing AI infrastructure market, and expect to see continued benefits from our cost management efforts, management says.
