KKR: launches takeover bid for Fuji Soft

(CercleFinance.com) - KKR will launch a tender offer for the shares and options of Fuji Soft Incorporated through FK Co, Ltd, an entity owned by KKR.


The offer will commence on September 5, 2024 and run until October 21, 2024, at a price of JPY 8,800 per share.

Fuji Soft's Board of Directors supports this offer and recommends that shareholders sell their shares.
