Pfizer: launch of a healthcare platform

(CercleFinance.com) - Pfizer announced Tuesday the launch of a digital platform designed to give Americans easier access to healthcare.


The service, dubbed 'PfizerForAll', will enable individuals suffering from migraine or mild respiratory symptoms to book appointments with healthcare professionals at their office or via teleconsultation.

Users will also be able to receive prescription drugs at home or at their nearest pharmacy, as well as diagnostic tools to detect Covid-19 or seasonal flu.

Finally, patients will be able to check their eligibility for vaccination against Covid, influenza, RSV and pneumococcal infections on the site.

Pfizer, which says it has teamed up with a number of players in the US healthcare system for the project, says it will benefit in particular from the support of partners such as telemedicine company UpScriptHealth, online pharmacy Alto Pharmacy and online delivery specialist Instacart.
