Imeon Energy listed on Euronext Access+ in Paris

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext today celebrated the IPO of Imeon Energy, a pioneer in artificial intelligence-based technological solutions for energy autonomy, on Euronext Access+ in Paris.


'Imeon Energy has established itself as a leader in solar self-consumption applications with storage through a range of hybrid solutions for residential, industrial and commercial applications'.

The company develops intelligent inverters and storage batteries, integrating advanced energy flow management to optimize the yield of solar installations and guarantee high energy autonomy.

Imeon Energy was floated on the stock market with the admission on August 9, 2024 of 2,124,923 ordinary shares making up its share capital.

The admission price of the shares was set at 5.45 euros per share. Market capitalization was approximately 11.6 million euros on the day of listing.
