Coface: new Arch representative on the Board

(CercleFinance.com) - Coinciding with the publication of its half-year results, Coface has announced the appointment of Marcy Rathman, ESG Director at Arch Capital Services LLC, as a non-independent director on its Board of Directors.


She replaces Chris Hovey, who is leaving the credit insurer's Board to concentrate on his current professional responsibilities at Arch. The Board thus remains composed of 10 members, including six independent directors.

Executive Vice President, ESG Director at Arch since March 2022, Marcy Rathman had joined its legal team in December 2000, providing support to the General Counsel and to many of Arch's governance and compliance policies.
