Toyota: 1.7% increase in quarterly net income

(CercleFinance.com) - Toyota Motor Corporation has published its financial results for the 1st quarter of its 2025 fiscal year, covering the period from April 1, 2024 to June 3, 2024.


For the period, the automaker reported sales of 11,837 billion yen, up 12.2% year-on-year.

Operating income was 1,308 billion yen, up 16.7% year-on-year, while net income, group share, was 1,333 billion yen, up 1.7%, giving EPS of 98.99 yen, compared with 96.74 yen a year earlier.

For fiscal year 2025 (April 1, 2024-March 31, 2025), Toyota is targeting sales of 46,000 billion yen (+2%) and net income, group share of 3,570 billion yen (-27.8%), with EPS of 265.04 yen.
