Klépierre: price target raised by Invest Securities

(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities maintains its 'buy' recommendation on Klépierre, with its target price raised from 27.
3 to 28.6 euros, taking into account the stabilization of asset values, following the announcement of operating data judged to be 'of good quality'.

'Continued strong demand for assets has enabled the property company to maintain its occupancy rate at the very high level of 96.2%, while capturing a still clearly positive reversion (+3%)', points out the analyst.

Invest Securities also notes that "the excellent balance sheet situation has enabled us to seize the first accretive acquisition opportunities, while taking advantage of the reopening of bond markets on satisfactory terms".
