Qualcomm: Q3 EPS up 25%

(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday evening, Qualcomm reported a 26% increase in adjusted net income (non-GAAP) to $2.
65bn for Q3, i.e. EPS up 25% to $2.33, close to the upper end of its target range.

Also on an adjusted basis, the chipmaker's pre-tax profit rose by 25% to $3.03bn, on revenues up 11% to $9.39bn, notably thanks to an 87% jump in automotive revenues in the QCT segment.

Also pointing to the launch of its Snapdragon X solutions for PCs marking a significant step in its transformation, Qualcomm anticipates adjusted EPS of between $2.45 and $2.65, as well as revenues of $9.5bn to $10.3bn for the current quarter.
