Klépierre raises targets for 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - On the occasion of its half-yearly publication, Klépierre has revised upwards its annual targets, now expecting EBITDA growth of 5% and net current cash flow (NCFC) of between 2.
50 and 2.55 euros per share.

For the first half of 2024, the commercial property company reported a 3.3% increase in CFNC per share to 1.25 euros, as well as a 5.4% rise in EBITDA to 477.3 million, thanks to rigorous cost control and higher revenues.

At 520.1 million euros, net rental income rose by 4.9% on a reported basis and by 6% on a like-for-like basis, with a collection rate of 97.7% (+120 basis points year-on-year) and an occupancy rate of 96.2% (+50 basis points).
