Emeis: plans to acquire 8 clinics this year

(CercleFinance.com) - emeis (formerly Orpéa) has announced that it will acquire the premises of 8 clinics leased to the company by the end of the year, as part of a commitment to buy back real estate assets made by the company during 2021.


These 8 property assets will be included in the portfolio of real estate assets that the Group intends to dispose of in the coming months.

The transaction totals E185m, excluding transfer duties, involving a cash outflow of E120m and the assumption of E65m in real estate lease commitments.
