Emeis: EBITDAR target lowered for 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - On announcing its interim results, emeis (ex-Orpea) announces that it has revised its target range for EBITDAR growth in 2024 to between 0 and +5%, i.
e. between E700m and E730m (compared with a previous target range of E800m-E835m).

This outlook takes into account the impact of an action plan launched in France in H2, aimed at rebalancing the level of activity/resources to take into account the time lag in occupancy rate forecasts, the nursing home group says.

It estimates H1 EBITDAR at E330m to E340m, from E336m a year ago, on sales that are up 9.2% at E2.77bn (+8.9% organic), with an average occupancy rate that is up 2.6 points.
