Eramet : H1 adjusted EBITDA down 27%

(CercleFinance.com) - Eramet has reported a H1 2024 net loss (group share) of -E41m, compared with a profit of E98m a year earlier, with adjusted EBITDA down 27% to E247m on adjusted sales down 12% to E1.

Management says that it achieved a good operating performance, with normal operating conditions in Gabon and strong production growth in Indonesia, says Christel Bories, CEO of the mining and metals group.

Calculated on the basis of its volume target range, and on the indicative basis of consensus prices YTD, Eramet says that its adjusted EBITDA would be, by way of illustration, between E1.2bn and E1.3bn in 2024.
