Spie: acquisition of three nuclear companies

(CercleFinance.com) - Spie has announced the signature of an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of three companies in France, ABC, ETC and SIRAC, presented as leaders in the market for non-destructive testing in the nuclear industry.


Gathered within the GIE (economic interest group) HORUS, these three companies operate throughout France with over 300 qualified employees, and generated total production close to 35 million euros in 2023.

The prospect of building new nuclear reactors (EPR2) and extending the lifespan of existing power plants will generate sustained growth in inspection and maintenance activities over the coming decades", emphasizes Spie.
