Argan: 7% rise in half-yearly net income, group share

(CercleFinance.com) - Logistics property company Argan has announced a 7% rise in recurring net income (group share) to 67 million euros for the first six months of the year, on rental income up 8% to 98 million euros.


The company emphasizes that this performance, "in a context that remains uncertain", is coupled with a "significant and proactive reduction" in its debt, with an EPRA LTV down four points over six months to 46%.

Argan confirms its annual targets for 2024, i.e. Group share of net income of 135 million euros and rental income of 197 million euros, both up 7%, as well as a dividend per share of 3.30 euros, up 5%.
