Dassault Aviation: H1 adjusted NI +9% at E442m

(CercleFinance.com) - Dassault Aviation has reported adjusted sales of E2,538m for H1 2024 (vs.
E2,295m in H1 2023), of which 59% was generated by exports (vs. 71% a year earlier).

In detail, Defense Export sales amounted to E552m in H1 2024 (vs. E851m a year earlier), while Defense France sales were E1,006m (vs. E617m).

The Group recorded a sharp rise in order intake, which more than tripled in one year, from E1,682m (12 Falcon) to E5,134m (18 Rafale Export and 11 Falcon).

At 30 June, Dassault Aviation's order book stood at E41.1bn, with 223 Rafales (including 159 for export) and 83 Falcons.

Adjusted operating income came to E170m (vs. E151m a year earlier), for adjusted net income of E442m (vs. E405m a year earlier).

At 30 June, the group had available cash of E8.78bn, compared with E7.29bn twelve months earlier.

In a difficult environment for the supply chain, our targets for 2024 remain unchanged: sales up on 2023, class E6bn (including 35 Falcon and 20 Rafale), Dassault Aviation's management said.
