Chargeurs: acquisition of Cilander assets finalized

(CercleFinance.com) - Chargeurs has announced that it has finalized the acquisition, announced on May 30, of the strategic assets previously held by Swiss company Cilander, which have now been integrated into its Chargeurs PCC FashionTechnologies (CFT PCC) division.


Offering promising growth prospects for the division and opening doors to new markets, the Group believes that this will strengthen CFT PCC's global leadership in high-tech, high-quality textiles.
