GTT: design contract for 2 LNG carrier tanks

(CercleFinance.com) - GTT announces that it has received an order from Korean shipyard HD Hyundai Heavy Industries to design the tanks for two new LNG carriers for a European shipowner.


GTT will design the tanks for these two LNG carriers, each with a total capacity of 174,000 m3 and incorporating the Mark III Flex membrane containment system developed by GTT.

The ships are scheduled for delivery between the first and second quarters of 2028, according to GTT.
