Vodafone: sells 10% stake in Vantage Towers for ?1.3 billion

(CercleFinance.com) - Vodafone has announced the sale of an additional 10% stake in Oak Holdings - the partnership that co-controls Vantage Towers - for 1.
3 billion euros.

Vodafone will receive 1.3 billion euros from the sale of this stake, which has been sold at a price of 32 euros per share, the same price as the original transaction, announced on November 9, 2022. This brings Vodafone's total net proceeds from the sale of Vantage Towers to 6.6 billion euros.

The proceeds of this sale will be used for deleveraging and will reduce the Group's net debt.
