Vodafone: sells 10% of Vantage Towers for E1.3bn

(CercleFinance.com) - Vodafone has announced the sale of a further 10% stake in Oak Holdings - the partnership that co-owns Vantage Towers - for E1.
3bn.

Vodafone will receive E1.3bn from the sale of this stake, which has been sold at E32 per share, the same price as the original transaction, announced on 9 November 2022. This brings the total net proceeds to Vodafone from the sale of Vantage Towers to E6.6bn.

The proceeds from the sale will be used to pay down debt and reduce the group's net debt.
