KKR: new financing facility for Trinseo

(CercleFinance.com) - KKR announces a new receivables financing facility with Trinseo.


Trinseo, a provider of specialty materials solutions, has closed a $150 million non-recourse financing facility with credit funds and accounts managed by KKR.

''We are delighted to have the support of a leading capital provider like KKR,'' said Frank Bozich, president and CEO of Trinseo. ' While this facility replaces a previous facility of the same size, it has no minimum liquidity covenant and extends the maturity by more than two years, to December 2027. This gives us additional financial flexibility for years to come. '
