Idsud: more than 125,000 shares tendered to the offer

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the AMF that by July 17, the final date set for financial intermediaries to submit orders in response to Idsud's public offer to buy back its own shares, it had received 125,194 shares in deposit.


All requests to buy back shares under the offer have been satisfied in full, and no reduction has been applied to buyback requests, given the number of shares covered by the offer and the Luciani family's undertaking not to contribute.

The shares bought back will be cancelled by the investment company. Euronext Paris will issue a notice setting out the procedures for processing orders and the timetable for settlement and delivery of the public offer.
