Renault: H1 sales up nearly 2%

9% increase in global sales to 1,154,700 vehicles for H1 2024, driven by Europe, where volumes rose by 6.7% to 847,623, outperforming a market that was up 5.5%.

Also in Europe, the Renault brand itself recorded 535,238 vehicles sold, up 8.2% and confirming its position as the region's third-largest brand.

Meanwhile sales of the Dacia brand rose by 4% to 309,816 units. The share of electrified vehicles increased by 4.3 points to 29.6%, a performance that is largely due to the success of hybrid powertrains, sales of which rose sharply (+59.6% compared with H1 2023).
