Forsee Power: three new directors appointed

(CercleFinance.com) - Forsee Power announces a change in its corporate governance with the appointment of three new independent directors, namely Marie Cros, Florence Triou-Teixeira and Aurélie Picart, following an in-depth review of their candidacies.


The intelligent battery systems company also announces the ratification of the co-option of Ban Shinichi as a director, replacing Kosuke Nakajima, who resigned due to a change of position within Mitsui & Co.

'These appointments, in line with the Board's diversity policy, will complement the Board's expertise and maintain the proportion of independent directors', it explains.
