Catana: LBPAM exceeds 5% of share capital

(CercleFinance.com) - LBPAM, acting on behalf of funds it manages, has declared to the AMF that on July 10 it exceeded the threshold of 5% of Catana Group's capital, following the acquisition of shares on the market.


The management company said it held 1,543,074 Catana shares representing the same number of voting rights on behalf of the funds, i.e. 5.03% of the capital and 3.96% of the voting rights of this pleasure boat manufacturer.
