ING: 3.06 million shares bought back last week

(CercleFinance.com) - As part of its 2.
5 billion euro share buyback program announced on May 2, ING has repurchased 3,060,275 shares during the first week of July, at an average price of 16.46 euros, representing a total amount of almost 50.4 million euros.

This brings the total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank under the program to date to 66,138,880, for a total consideration of over 1.06 billion euros, or around 42.6% of the program's maximum total value.
