Aperam: Bank of America raises its stake to over 5.2% of the capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Aperam shares rose on Monday, against the market trend, following the announcement that Bank of America had acquired a stake in the stainless steel specialist.


In a financial notice, the group states that Bank of America crossed the 5% threshold on June 4, following the acquisition of financial instruments, and now holds 5.23%.

More precisely, BofA controls 5.03% of voting rights via financial instruments and 0.19% in the form of shares.

At 3:30 pm, the alloy and special steel producer's share price was up 0.1%.
