Dassault Aviation: Berenberg raises TP

(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday Deutsche Bank announced that it has raised its target price for Dassault Aviation shares from E199 to E222, while sticking with its 'hold' recommendation on the stock.


In a note, the analyst points out that the group is still facing component shortages, particularly in aerostructures, which is preventing the aircraft manufacturer from delivering its aircraft on time.

The broker, which considers it unlikely that the situation will improve this year, nevertheless notes that business opportunities could arise, notably with Serbia or Saudi Arabia, which could order their first Rafales.

Deutsche Bank adds that France's commitment to the new generations of F4 and F5 aircraft brings visibility to the Rafale, making it an attractive asset to hold in the defense sector.
