Bolloré: Q1 organic growth of 3%

(CercleFinance.com) - Bolloré has announced sales of E5.
02bn for Q1 2024, up 63% on a reported basis, mainly due to the full consolidation of Lagardère by Vivendi.

Sales rose by 3% LFL, with an 11% decline for Bolloré Energy more than offset by 5% growth for the communications division (Vivendi) and 1% for the industrial division.

For Vivendi, organic growth was mainly driven by its subsidiaries Lagardère (+9%, with double-digit growth in Travel Retail), Canal+ Group and Havas Group (+3% each).
