Accor: an AI solution for customer experience with AWS
(CercleFinance.com) - Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced that Accor has launched with its support a generative AI solution to 'improve travel planning and booking, offering personalized recommendations and intuitive, conversational advice'.
Incorporating an intuitive conversational interface, Accor's new Travel Assistant will enable customers to find the best experiences based on their preferred travel style, transforming the entire booking journey. 'Using Amazon Bedrock to develop our AI-based travel assistant demonstrates our commitment to offering our customers not only a wide universe of search possibilities but also simplified travel solutions,' says the hotel chain.
