SES: new purchase order from the Pentagon
(CercleFinance.com) - SES announced on Wednesday that its subsidiary SES Space & Defense had been selected by the US Department of Defense for a five-year contract for up to $270m.
The satellite operator says that this purchase order covers the provision of medium-orbit connection services (MEO) using HTS technology, i.e. low latency and high throughput.
