Thales: progress report on GTS sale
(CercleFinance.com) - Thales and Hitachi announce that they have made significant progress towards completing the sale of Thales' Ground Transportation Systems (GTS) business.
The companies have obtained most of the regulatory approvals required to complete the transaction. Thales said that over the past few months, they have held constructive discussions with the European Commission's Directorate-General for Competition regarding this transaction.
