Eli Lilly: favourable ruling in the UK.
(CercleFinance.com) - Eli Lilly has said that the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom has made a favourable ruling in the dispute between it and Actavis regarding Alimta's forms of alternative salts (pemetrexed disodium).
The Supreme Court found that Actavis' products directly infringed on Eli Lilly's vitamin products in the UK, France, Italy and Spain, thus confirming the Court of appeal's finding of indirect infringement.
The pharmaceutical laboratory from Indianapolis added that the full ruling is due on Wednesday 12 July.
