Interpublic: buys out Acxiom's marketing solutions
(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday evening, the US advertising company, Interpublic Group announced a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Acxiom Corporation's marketing solutions, in a transaction amounting to 2.
3 billion dollars (two billion dollars after a tax credit relating to the deal).
With this acquisition, which does not include the AxciomCorp LiveRamp business, the Axciom brand ame will be incorporated in Interpublic's portfolio. Subject to customary conditions, the deal should be finalised by the end of 2018.
