Harley-Davidson: new restructuring measures
(CercleFinance.com) - Harley-Davidson has announced new restructuring measures aimed at optimizing its global dealer network, leaving certain international markets and abandoning its construction and sales activities in India.
These new actions will result in restructuring costs of around 75 million dollars in 2020, of which about 80% will be a cash outlay for the group.
With the measures previously announced, these new steps will bring total restructuring costs to approximately 169 million dollars. Harley-Davidson expects to complete all of these steps in the next 12 months.
