Analog Devices: CFO to leave
(CercleFinance.com) - Analog Devices announced on Thursday evening that Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah, its executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) for the past six years, intends to leave his position to explore other opportunities.
He will, however, remain with the semiconductor group until the end of the financial year to ensure a smooth transition. Analog has begun a search for his successor as CFO.
In addition, the company firmed its guidance for Q2 2022-23, with revenue of around $3.2bn, an adjusted operating margin of approximately 51% and adjusted EPS of around $2.75.
