Amazon: launches kid content platform in Spanish

com on Thursday launched a service that gives kids access to thousands of audible books, videos, educational apps and games in Spanish.
The "FreeTime" and "FreeTime Unlimited" platform in Spanish feature over 1,000 Spanish language books, videos, educational apps, games, and Audible books, plus thousands of websites and web videos.
Spanish is the second most widely spoken language in the United States.
In addition to new Spanish language content, kids will also have unlimited access to the full catalog of English content, including over 20,000 programmes, Amazon said.
FreeTime and FreeTime Unlimited in Spanish will be available on Fire tablets and compatible iOS devices at 2.99 dollars per month for Prime members and 4.99 dollars per month for non-Prime customers.
