Technip Energies: Headquarters delivered by Icade
(CercleFinance.com) - Last Friday, Icade announced that it had delivered its new headquarters to Technip Energies.
Called Origine, it is located at Nanterre Préfecture, an adjoining suburb to the west of Paris, at the foot of the Nanterre la Folie transport hub, in the Paris La Défense business district.
Covering a total surface area of 70,000 m² of offices and services, Origine was leased by Technip Energies for 80% of the building's surface area via a firm BEFA (off-plan lease) of over nine years, signed three years before delivery.
This investment of almost 450 million euros, illustrates Icade's expertise in the development of major tertiary projects and the appeal of this fast-growing district, Icade said.
