Altice: negotiates a new asset transfer
(CercleFinance.com) - Altice NV, the European arm of Patrick Drahi's telecom group, yesterday announced that it has entered into exclusive talks with Tofane Global in order to sell to this Paris-based company its wholesale voice telephony sales activities in France, Portugal and the Dominican Republic.
The parent company of SFR, Altice NV, enters this possible transaction as part of its plan to sell non-core assets in order to strengthen its balance sheet and focus on improving the operating and financial results of its key business lines.
