PostNL: stock down after quarterly results

9% in Amsterdam today, after the group published underlying cash operating profit that is down about one-third to 23 million euros for its third quarter of 2018.
The postal operator in the Netherlands saw its revenues increase by 1% to 630 million euros, with a 20% increase in parcel volumes, thanks to the growth of online commerce, while volumes of mail sent fell by almost 12%.
For the whole of the current year, PostNL confirms an underlying cash operating profit of between 160 million and 190 million euros. In addition, it expects to sign a MoU for the sale of Nexive and Postcon in the first half of 2019.
