Euronext: CEO reappointed for 4 years
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has announced that Stéphane Boujnah has been reappointed as Euronext's CEO and the Chairman of its Management Board for another four years.
His reappointment as a member of the Management Board was also approved at the end of Euronext's AGM, with 98.21% of the votes cast, demonstrating the strong support and confidence from Euronext shareholders.
Stéphane Boujnah joined Euronext in November 2015 as CEO and Chairman of the Management Board.
