Euronext: AGM validates takeover of Oslo Børs
(CercleFinance.com) - The pan-European stock exchange operator Euronext said at lunchtime today that its shareholders have "unanimously" voted in favour of the proposed acquisition of Oslo Børs VPS at the group's AGM held in Amsterdam today.
Shareholder approval was the last hurdle to cross, the group. said Euronext intends to cross the rest and then finalise the deal before the end of the 2nd quarter this year.
