Airbus: appointment at Commercial Aircraft.
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus has announced the appointment of Eric Schulz EVP, chief of sales, marketing & contracts at its division, Commercial Aircraft.
He will join Airbus, taking office at the end of January 2018 and will directly report to Tom Enders, Airbus' CEO.
Eric Schulz has been President of Civil Aerospace at Rolls-Royce since January 2016. He will bring his extensive international experience in the aerospace industry to Airbus, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of flight operations.
At the aircraft manufacturer, he will succeed John Leahy, who has been managing sales of Commercial Aircraft since 1994. John Leahy will remain with Airbus for a few months to ensure a smooth transition between him and his successor.
