Toyota: develops autonomous trucks with Komatsu
(CercleFinance.com) - Komatsu and Toyota have announced the launch of a joint project to develop an autonomous light vehicle (ALV) that will run on Komatsu's autonomous transportation system (AHS).
The vehicle will further improve safety and productivity in mines by using autonomous transport trucks and automated ALVs controlled by AHS.
