Mondadori: in takeover talks with Reworld Media
(CercleFinance.com) - Reworld Media, a French press group that owns magazines such as Marie-France, Maison & Travaux, Auto Moto, Télé Magazine and digital services for advertisers, has entered into non-exclusive talks with the Italian group Mondadori with a view to its takeover.
Meanwhile, Mondadori France owns Auto Plus, Grazia, Biba, Closer, Modes & Travaux, and Sciences Vie.
Last year, Reworld's sales reached 185.6 million euros (+7%), while EBITDA was 7.5 million (+72%) and operating profit came in at 3.9 million euros (x3.4).
