Autogrill: successful reopening of dufry offer
(CercleFinance.com) - Autogrill shares have risen by up to 4% in Milan today, following the announcement of the successful reopening of Dufry's public offer for the shares of the Italian restaurant services group, with 27,801,682 additional shares (representing 7.

Therefore, considering the shares already held by the Swiss group and those held in treasury by Autogrill, Dufry will hold 94.5% of its capital. Dufry plans to delist Autogrill as soon as possible in the coming weeks.
Dufry will issue a further 4.39 million new shares in consideration for the Antogrill shares tendered during the re-opening period. The first trading day for these new Dufry shares is schedued for 8 June.
