Allergan: agreement with plaintiffs on opioids
(CercleFinance.com) - Allergan announces that it has reached an agreement with plaintiffs for a lawsuit regarding opioid next October, under which it will pay a total of 5 million dollars to the Summit and Cuyahoga counties in the State of Ohio.
The Ireland-based pharmaceutical company says that it stopped selling opioid-based products in 2013 and says that it continues to support the safe and responsible use of prescription drugs.
