Accenture: buys Irish creative agency Rothco
(CercleFinance.com) - Consulting firm Accenture said on Thursday that it has agreed to buy Rothco, an advertising agency based in Dublin, to boost its creative capabilities in Europe.
Founded in 1995, Rothco strategically plans, designs and produces communications campaigns across Europe, employing over 150 professionals.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
