(CercleFinance.com) - European pay-TV group Sky said it has has concluded a cross supply agreement with British telecoms company BT regarding the distribution of their TV channels.

It means Sky customers will be able to access on Sky and BT channels all Premier League, Champions League and Europa League football matches directly with a single Sky TV subscription.

Conversely, Sky will make its NowTV streaming service available on the BT TV set-top-box.

The new services are expected to be available to customers from early 2019.

For the record, Fox said yesterday it will seek to complete its planned acquisition of the remaining 61% of Sky that it does not already own, despite its acquisition by Disney.
